About Skylark
Skylark Commercial Realty helps healthcare practice owners and property owners make better real estate decisions — from openings, renewals, relocations, and building purchases to listings, valuations, and long-term ownership strategy.
Noah founded Skylark Commercial Realty after more than a decade working directly with healthcare practices before entering commercial real estate. That background gives Skylark a different perspective on the decisions practice owners face when they lease, buy, relocate, renew, or evaluate property.
Before becoming a broker, Noah saw how real estate decisions affected the business side of healthcare: operations, patient access, buildout costs, financing, timing, and long-term flexibility. Skylark was built around that experience — bringing practical healthcare practice experience into the real estate process.
Today, Noah advises healthcare practice owners and property owners on decisions that require more than a list of available spaces.
The Team
You work directly with the people responsible for the outcome — from the first conversation through the last signature. The people you meet are the people who stay involved, manage the details, and help move the decision forward.
Mike works on healthcare listings, owner-user acquisitions, building purchases, and assignments with multiple moving parts. He is often involved when clients need steady communication, follow-up, and help keeping a transaction organized from search through closing.
Alex works closely with healthcare practice owners on site selection, lease negotiations, relocations, and startup assignments. He helps clients understand what matters in a space before they commit to the deal.
Fred supports the transaction process behind the scenes, helping organize documents, timelines, vendors, follow-ups, and next steps. His role is to keep the details moving so clients are not left wondering what happens next.
